All instructional staff are eligible for a pay supplement based on years of teaching experience, thanks to a millage increase approved by Brevard County voters in November 2022. All instructional staff, from zero to 19+ years of experience will receive a pay supplement. This millage supplement raises the total compensation higher than our neighboring school districts.
