This is where you can find all of recipes we use in any of Chef Cox's classes. Whether it was for a class assignment or specially designed for a catered event, anything any of my classes has ever cooked can be found here. The recipes are still formatted for use in the class, so you may need to do a little work to change the recipe so you can make it at home, but your student should be more than capable of helping you with that.
