K-12 Social Studies Instructional Materials Adoption

Viera, FL -- Brevard Public Schools is launching its Social Studies Instructional Materials Adoption review from September through January. 

The Brevard Instructional Materials Review Team will work collaboratively with teachers and school administrators to come to a consensus and recommend Florida State Standards-aligned instructional materials to the School Board. 

Dates for District Review Team and Community/Parent Opportunities meetings are as follows: 

Parent/Community Public Information Nights: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm

October 3rd at Cuyler Park in Mims

October 4th at Central Middle School

October 5th at the School District Office (2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way)

Community Observer of District Review Teams: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm

October 2nd, 9th, 10th 

K-6 at Quest Elementary School

7-12 at Eau Gallie High School

*October 17th and October 19th are possible additional dates if needed*
